Photon Ed (He's wrong in the head)
Secretly he captures you
Telescopic lens with film.
He holds the negatives
In the palm of his hand.
They have
Photons...
Photons that once touched you.
Reflected, absorbed, you.
His little ray of sunshine.
In the palm of his hand.
He has you
In his blood lit dark room mind.
In the palm of his hand.
Photon Ed, he's wrong in the head,
Photon Ed, he wants you......
Snap.

it is amazing to me how words--when arranged in the right order--can produce such clear, detailed and haunting imagery. this is a beautiful example of epistomology and poetry at work hand in hand.

Hi Katy, Thanks for dropping by and for your kind and thoughtful comment.
and your moments are his.
I love this one :)
PS Katy.. haunting was a good choice of word :-)
Hi Swan, Glad you liked it. In case you wondered Ed is pure fiction ;-)
bloody fantastic :)
:-) so to speak, Thanks Leigh
I'm glad he is... but he sounds eerily familiar.
I'd laugh out loud if it wasn't quite so creepy.
